This role offers the opportunity to play a critical part in large-scale WMS implementation for a major Australian retailer. As Supply Chain Business Systems and Process Manager, you will streamline operations, maximise efficiencies, and enhance business processes.

Job Description:

As the Supply Chain Business Systems and Process Manager, you will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of the Warehouse Management System. You will identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain, develop innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, and reduce cost of doing business.

You will utilise data analytics tools to gather insights into supply chain performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Collaboration is key as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to align Supply Chain processes with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Systems Management: Implement, maintain, and optimise the Warehouse Management SystemProcess Enhancement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop innovative solutionsData Analysis: Utilise data analytics tools to gather insights and make data-driven recommendationsCollaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align Supply Chain processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, with a focus on business systems and process optimisation.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
