About the Role

In this senior supply chain position with Troocoo, you will be responsible for managing a team of two direct reports and ensuring strategic partnerships are effectively managed.

As a key member of the ANZ Supply Chain team, you will work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of non-food products and equipment. Your negotiation skills will be essential in drafting and managing contract agreements for non-food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor team members in procurement and supply chain best practices.
  • Sourcing and Procurement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of non-food products and equipment.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate, draft, and manage contract agreements for non-food products.
  • Inventory Management: Support inventory levels, forecasts, and sales trends to optimise stock management.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and cost savings within the non-food supply chain.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience within a Procurement or Supply Chain Management role.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, negotiation, contract, and supplier management.
  • Leadership: Excellent leadership skills and previous experience managing direct reports is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Food or wider FMCG industry experience is essential.
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Team Player: Team player with good relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will have seen success within your previous positions because of your strong attention to detail skills as well as your ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary depending on individual qualifications and experience.
