Job Description

As Senior Supply Chain Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the charge in streamlining supply chain processes through the seamless integration of technology and best practices. Your profound understanding of both supply chain operations and cutting-edge technologies will be pivotal in enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and elevating the company's competitive edge.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to optimise processes and ensure continuous progress.
  • Oversee the implementation of SCM software and ERP systems, ensuring smooth integration and efficient operation.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilise analytics to derive actionable insights, develop dashboards, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions that meet business needs.
  • Provide training on new systems and offer technical support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risks associated with supply chain operations.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and cost reductions through optimised processes and technological advancements.
  • Provide data-driven insights that support strategic planning and informed decision-making.
  • Enable swift responses to market changes and customer demands through improved processes and technologies.

We seek an individual with advanced experience using ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle, as well as SCM software like Manhattan Associates and Kinaxis. Proven expertise in data analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI is also highly desirable. Additionally, the ability to plan, execute, and manage complex supply chain projects while navigating change management processes is essential.

Estimated Salary Range:

Around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
