
Conflict Resolution Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled professionals who can handle complex customer complaints effectively. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing escalated customer care enquiries and formal complaints across various schemes.
You will use your analytical skills to understand the root causes of customer grievances and provide suitable resolutions. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers alike.
The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in case handling or management, preferably in a regulated environment. You should also have proficiency in excel and be able to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Investigating and resolving formal complaints and customer care cases within legislative frameworks
- Liaising with key stakeholders to prepare written responses to a high standard
- Preparing formal written responses to customer complaints to ensure high levels of satisfaction and fairness
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior case handling or management experience, preferably in a regulated environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in excel
