The Role
This exciting opportunity has become available for a skilled Development Assessment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our planning department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient processing and decision-making of development applications.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and input on planning matters throughout the development assessment process.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach, delivering exceptional service to our community.
- Process development applications, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
A degree in planning or a related field.Eligibility for registration with the Planning Institute of Australia.An Australian Class C driver's license.What We Offer
