Claims Assessment Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Claims Assessment Coordinator to join our Motor Claims team in Adelaide. This role is a central point for assessment and towing-related queries from customers and providers.
About the Role:
- Coordinate assessment bookings and ensure claims progress smoothly through the assessment and repair process.
- Assist with assessing and towing-related queries from claims teams, customers, repairers, and providers.
- Provide administrative support, including quote management.
- Coordinate post-assessment and repair activities for customers.
- Work closely with towing provider partners to meet SLAs.
- Identify key areas for improvement based on job experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pathing of claims for assessment.
- Assessment and towing query assistance.
- Quote management.
- Post-claim activity coordination.
- SLA adherence with towing providers.
What You'll Bring:
- Motor Claims or Claims experience preferred.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to multitask and have outstanding time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication skills.
- Knowledge of Claim Centre and MS Office Suite.
