About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Service Support Specialist. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to customers with queries regarding Service & Parts support
  • Ensure the branch meets operational standards set by Komatsu and the CSC (Customer Support Charter)
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Upsell parts and potential service sales

Requirements
  • Intermediate computer skills, specifically Microsoft suite and mainframe systems
  • Intermediate Level skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Sound working knowledge of earth moving equipment and mechanical aptitude
  • Trade qualification/s or equivalent experience
  • Current driving licence and forklift licence (advantageous)
  • Good understanding of how a service department operates and warranty guidelines
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently
  • Well-developed numeracy, written and oral communication skills
