About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Support Specialist to join our team at Komatsu Australia Pty Ltd. As a key member of our service support team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to customers with queries regarding Service & Parts support
  • Ensure the Branch meets the operational standards set by Komatsu and the CSC (Customer Support Charter)
  • Work closely with the service team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service support processes and procedures
Requirements
  • Intermediate computer skills specifically Microsoft suite and mainframe systems
  • Intermediate Level skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Sound working knowledge of earth moving equipment (strong mechanical aptitude will be advantageous)
  • Trade qualification/s will be highly regarded
  • Current driving licence (forklift licence will be advantageous)
  • Good understanding of how a service department operates
  • Must understand the warranty guidelines and process
  • Appropriate demeanour for communicating with customers at a senior level and providing a professional service
