About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Support Specialist to join our team at Komatsu Australia Pty Ltd. As a key member of our branch, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to internal and external customers with queries regarding Service & Parts support
  • Ensure the branch meets operational standards set by Komatsu and the CSC (Customer Support Charter)
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and growth
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to provide expert advice and support

Requirements
  • Intermediate computer skills, specifically Microsoft suite and mainframe systems
  • Intermediate Level skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Sound working knowledge of earth moving equipment and strong mechanical aptitude
  • Trade qualification/s or equivalent experience
  • Current driving licence and forklift licence (advantageous)
  • Good understanding of how a service department operates and warranty guidelines
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently, with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
