About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Support Specialist to join our team at Komatsu Australia Pty Ltd. As a key member of our service department, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to internal and external customers with queries regarding Service & Parts support
  • Ensure the branch meets operational standards set by Komatsu and the CSC (Customer Support Charter)
  • Work closely with the service team to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Intermediate computer skills, specifically Microsoft suite and mainframe systems
  • Intermediate Level skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Sound working knowledge of earth moving equipment and strong mechanical aptitude
  • Trade qualification/s highly regarded
  • Current driving licence and forklift licence advantageous
  • Good understanding of how a service department operates and warranty guidelines
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently, with a positive team attitude
  • Well-developed numeracy, written and oral communication skills
