About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Support Specialist to join our team at Komatsu Australia Pty Ltd. As a key member of our branch, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to internal and external customers with queries regarding Service & Parts support
  • Ensure the branch meets operational standards set by Komatsu and the CSC (Customer Support Charter)
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Upsell parts and potential service sales to customers
Requirements
  • Intermediate computer skills specifically Microsoft suite and mainframe systems
  • Intermediate Level skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Sound working knowledge of earth moving equipment (strong mechanical aptitude will be advantageous)
  • Trade qualification/s will be highly regarded
  • Current driving licence (forklift licence will be advantageous)
  • Good understanding of how a service department operates
  • Must understand the warranty guidelines and process
  • Appropriate demeanour for communicating with customers at a senior level and providing a professional service
  • Proven experience in inventory control and warehouse systems (will be advantageous)
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently
