Job Title:

Domestic Operations Leadership Opportunity

You will be responsible for overseeing domestic operations across the country, managing metro depots and regional delivery networks. As a senior leader, you will lead a geographically dispersed team of branch and regional managers, ensuring efficient, safe, and cost-effective delivery of our priority network operations.

This role demands strategic thinking, strong operational acumen, and a people-first leadership approach. You will be accountable for the performance of all domestic operations, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and alignment with our national strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee and direct daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of business objectives.
  • Strategic Impact: Develop and implement strategies that drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, resources, and financials to ensure fiscal responsibility and optimal ROI.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies, maintaining a safe working environment for employees.
  • People and Performance: Foster a culture of excellence, recognizing and developing talent, and driving high-performing teams.

About You:

We are seeking a visionary leader with a strong commercial acumen and a passion for operational excellence. You should be someone who can inspire, strategize, and deliver—comfortable making tough decisions, optimizing performance, and driving cultural change across dispersed teams.

A successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in business, logistics, or related disciplines, and at least 10 years' senior leadership experience in a similar operations role.
