Job Overview:

The Domestic Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in business transformation and customer service strategy. This position has end-to-end responsibility for domestic operations across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

About You:

You are a strong leader with a passion for operational excellence. You're someone who can inspire, strategise, and deliver—comfortable making tough decisions, optimising performance, and driving cultural change across dispersed teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years' senior leadership experience in a similar operations role.
  • Deep knowledge of logistics networks, depot operations, and linehaul/PUD performance metrics.
