Strategic Operations Director
Job Description
As a senior leader, you will oversee domestic operations across Australia, responsible for managing metro depots and regional delivery networks. You will lead a geographically dispersed team of Branch and Regional Managers, ensuring efficient, safe, and cost-effective delivery of our Priority network operations.
This role demands strategic thinking, strong operational acumen, and a people-first leadership approach. You will be accountable for the performance of all domestic operations, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and alignment with our national strategy.

About You
You are a visionary leader with a strong commercial acumen and a passion for operational excellence. You're someone who can inspire, strategise, and deliver—comfortable making tough decisions, optimising performance, and driving cultural change across dispersed teams.
Qualifications include tertiary qualifications in Business, Logistics, or related disciplines, and at least 10 years' senior leadership experience in a similar operations role.
