About You

You are a seasoned professional with strong commercial acumen, a passion for operational excellence, and a track record of delivering results in similar operations roles. You possess excellent people leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a clear understanding of OHS compliance, safety systems, and risk management frameworks.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Logistics, or related discipline (preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years' senior leadership experience in a similar operations role
  • Deep knowledge of logistics networks, depot operations, and performance metrics
  • Industrial relations and workforce planning experience in a unionised environment is highly regarded
  • Proven ability to lead national operations and depot networks in a logistics or transport environment
  • Strong financial expertise and experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets
  • Excellent people leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Clear understanding of OHS compliance, safety systems, and risk management frameworks
  • Demonstrated success in operational transformation and change leadership
