Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Global Operations Director to join our team. This role will be based in Sydney and will play a crucial part in the success of our business.

About the Role

The Global Operations Director will be responsible for ensuring timely and effective delivery of domestic and international payments. They will work closely with the APAC Manager and Global Operations team to build an efficient, scalable payments and deals processing operation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Validate payment data to ensure accuracy and confidentiality
  • Work with internal teams to improve service delivery and workflow efficiency
  • Provide subject matter expertise on international and domestic payments
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative and team lead related capacity
  • Experience in the financial/banking industry with knowledge of global payment formatting requirements
  • Familiarity with SWIFT banking system and payment processing
