Senior Director of Operations

This is a high-impact leadership position in our organization as an Associate Director of Business Operations. The ideal candidate will support strategic planning and contribute to operational papers, manage financial performance, budgets, and reporting across the business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively to influence stakeholders.

We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in business operations and portfolio delivery within complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, including OPEX and business case development.
  • Demonstrated success in risk management, compliance, and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
  • High energy levels, initiative, and self-drive—you're proactive and solutions-oriented.
  • Ability to lead change, drive innovation, and foster collaboration.
  • Experience managing employee engagement and communications programs.
  • Skilled in coordinating cross-functional projects and aligning operational activities with strategic outcomes.
