- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets, consistently delivering high levels of performance and contributing to the growth of the business.
- Influence Key Stakeholders: Articulate the benefits of Waratah's products, demonstrate their value, and provide training to large contractors, end users, and other key stakeholders.
- Prepare Proposals: Develop detailed proposals and costings, taking into account environmental considerations and encouraging the purchase of higher-margin products.
- Agricultural Industry Knowledge: Possess a robust understanding of the Australian agricultural industry, including its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrate a proven track record of sales success, with a strong ability to build relationships, negotiate, and close deals.
- Strong Stakeholder Engagement: Possess excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver effective presentations to individuals and groups.
