Administrative and Reception Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team at Antelco. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide high-quality administrative and reception services to our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Administration Manager, including order processing, communication, and a range of administrative tasks.
  • Process daily operating reports and enter customer orders/sales invoices.
  • Welcome visitors, determine their requirements, and action accordingly.
  • Support freight forwarders and employees with export documentation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Intermediate PC and Excel skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Outstanding presentation skills.
