About the Role

InfraBuild Reinforcing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Delivery Administrator to join our team. This full-time role is based at our St Mary's site, working Monday to Friday.

As a Project Delivery Administrator, you will provide critical support to our Project Delivery team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. We're looking for a team player with a high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to solving problems in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Generating and issuing monthly cycle bill claims
  • Coordinating on behalf of Project Manager with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Processing of customer credits and returns
  • Updating customer POs, freight, site contact details, etc
  • Issuing direct ship purchase orders and receipting
  • Providing administrative support, including answering calls and emails when required
  • Supporting with QA/QC documentations

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 1-3 years' experience in the manufacturing or construction industry in a similar position is desirable
  • A high level of computer literacy as you will be using a variety of programs (ARMA, JDE, Power BI, Excel)
  • Commercial and financial acumen, knowledge of credits and debits is desirable
  • Confident in building relationships and partnering with stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with conflicting priorities
