**The Opportunity**:
We have a very rare opportunity for someone to join our People & Culture Team and look after the onboarding of our internationally sponsored employees and our Apprenticeship program.

Working closely with our Immigration Agent, you will play an integral part in ensuring that skilled vehicle body builders who are coming onboard from overseas (predominantly from the UK) are provided with ongoing support to ensure they are settling in well to Custom Denning and Australia. In addition to this, you will also be looking after our Apprentices to ensure they are supported, are adhering to their training programs, and are being rotated through our facility to meet the necessary requirements to successfully complete their Apprenticeships and continue on in their careers with us.

**About You**:
Ideally you will have experience in a coordination or administration position where you were managing multiple tasks and different stages throughout the process. Exposure to HR is highly regarded, along with experience with recruitment and award interpretation. You will be someone who has the ability to quickly build rapport and establish meaningful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be someone who cares and has the ability to think ahead to anticipate someone's needs to ensure their experience with Custom Denning is enjoyable and rewarding.

**About the Role**:
**International Onboarding**
- Support our Talent Acquisition Specialist in the onboarding process of our international employees (predominantly from the UK).
- Liaison with our immigration agent to ensure requested visa support documentation (basic letter templates) are completed in a timely manner.
- Responsible for booking flights and accommodation, ensuring competitive pricing once the employees visa has been approved.

**Apprenticeship Management**
- Work closely with the Head of People and Culture to coordinate and monitor the delivery of apprenticeship in house rotation and attraction programs.
- Monitor training programs to ensure apprentices are simultaneously gaining the technical competencies required to undertake their work in a skilled, safe and effective manner.
- Facilitate apprentice welfare checks in consultation with identified stakeholders and applicable RTO’s to ensure apprenticeship is progressing to a plan.
- Actively advocate Apprenticeships through the coordination of community engagement initiatives and develop a network of contacts through relevant organisations (TAFE) and careers advisors at local schools that can support our internal apprenticeship objectives.
- Ensure that we are compliant with all relevant awards.
