Quality Assurance and Sustainability Lead

This role presents a unique opportunity to drive quality management, environmental awareness, and safety expertise across the organization. As a Quality Assurance and Sustainability Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing processes that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our quality assurance and sustainability efforts. The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field, with experience in quality assurance and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) management.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, effective communication and presentation abilities, and proven ability to lead and influence teams in implementing process improvements.

A certification in quality or safety management is desirable but not essential.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Oversee Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead internal and external audits to maintain certifications and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks in engineering and manufacturing processes.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to quality and EHS metrics.
