Delivering Strategic Solutions

Docusign is revolutionizing the way businesses operate by harnessing the power of Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM). As a high-impact Solution Consultant, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction by translating complex business challenges into tailored solutions using Docusign's IAM platform.

This is an individual contributor position that requires a strategic sales environment background and demonstrated success in positioning enterprise-wide solutions. You will serve as the technical lead on accounts, maintaining strong partnerships with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success Managers, Marketing, Product, and other key stakeholders to maximize impact across customer engagements.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable conducting deep technology discovery with executive-level stakeholder groups, articulating recommendations with confidence, and delivering trusted, long-term, high ROI solutions. They must also exhibit proficiency in the core Docusign IAM platform, including all current and future components of the agreement process.

In this role, you will partner with Sales to deliver on revenue plan and retention goals, champion Docusign as the most trusted, secure, and effective partner for each customer's Agreement processes, and disseminate insights, learnings, resources, and assets within the team and across the organization to drive scale of impact and collaboration.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of prior experience in a pre-sales role selling SaaS solutions and concepts
  • A BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant work experience

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Proficiency in delivering software demonstrations, presentations, and workshops in person and virtually
  • Experience with technical business documentation like solution designs, workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, RFPs, and RFIs
  • Proven experience working with employees at all levels of an organization, especially C-suite
  • Demonstrated experience and success selling to customers across regulated industries, such as Public Sector, Financial Services, and Healthcare
  • Familiarity with enterprise-class software systems, system integration methods, and software development methodologies
  • Experience articulating the value of AI in context of technology solutions, with a focus on defining ROI
  • Familiarity with concepts related to Agreement creation, commitment, and management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
