Job Summary

We are seeking a Strategic Business Solutions Expert to partner with our Sales, Customer Success, and Onboarding teams to support and win high-value enterprise clients in ANZ.

This role combines pre-sales and enablement with a focus on customer success, driving revenue growth through technical guidance and product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise to internal commercial teams, ensuring seamless alignment of sales and delivery processes.
  • Demonstrate product capabilities through compelling demos and walkthroughs, showcasing the value proposition to customers.
  • Translate complex business problems into clear technical solutions and implementation plans, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive revenue growth by partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop strategic account plans.
  • Enable internal teams across Sales, Partnerships, and Onboarding to ensure consistent messaging and delivery excellence.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Technical Specialist role, with a strong understanding of email marketing platforms or marketing automation solutions.
  • Practical knowledge of APIs, integrations, and eComm platforms, with excellent communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience leading live product demos and technical discovery sessions, influencing how we support and sell to customers regionally.
