Job Title: Strategic Training Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Training Solutions Expert to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and experience in developing training materials and delivering technical product training.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in the defence industry by designing and developing high-quality technical training courses and delivering Train the Trainer programs to ensure end-user capability.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing technical writing standards and supporting the Engineering team's documentation capabilities to meet critical business and customer requirements.

  • Design and develop technical training courses, ensuring learning outcomes are concise and effective.
  • Deliver technical product training, including 'Train the Trainer (T3)' courses, to key stakeholders.
  • Write, format, edit, review, and proof-read procedural and technical information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to create high-quality documentation that meets user needs and customer standards.
