Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Expert to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Consulting team, you will be responsible for delivering strategic sustainability solutions to clients across various industries.

Your primary focus will be on advising clients on bespoke sustainability strategies, enhancing their environmental and social performance. You will work closely with senior management and Boards to ensure engagement objectives are met and risks are mitigated.

You will have the opportunity to develop market-facing materials about our sustainability practice and contribute to internal capability building. Additionally, you will support the development and optimization of national sustainability methodologies for efficiency and consistency across the sustainability team.

A key aspect of this role is mentoring and guiding junior team members during client engagements and supporting their professional development.
