Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Business Solutions Expert to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, analytical skills, and technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to identify and document business objectives and requirements.
  • Develop BA deliverables that map back to business objectives.
  • Liaise with project teams to ensure accurate mapping to business requirements, test coverage, implementation, documentation, and training.
  • Provide client support during user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure development meets acceptance criteria.
  • Write business design specifications that document desired outcomes of development, including SaaS and TaaS considerations.
  • Assist the product owner in planning the overall release plan to meet MVP and delivery timelines.
  • Redesign business processes using modern principles.
  • Prepare materials and provide training to end-users after implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications and/or at least 5 years of experience in IT or finance as a business analyst.
  • Detailed knowledge in superannuation or UK pension and wrap systems.
  • Experience in participating in the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Logical and analytical problem investigation and resolution skills.
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence.
  • Able to work in both waterfall and agile development environments.
