About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Sales Manager to join our team at Ezypay. As a critical member of our sales and growth team, you will play a key role in driving our revenue growth and expanding our partner network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective Go To Market strategies to attract, engage, and retain successful partnership relationships.
  • Negotiate commercial arrangements with partners, demonstrating commercial and financial acumen in constructing mutually beneficial partnership pricing arrangements.
  • Work closely with Inside Sales to develop and execute partner channel development strategies, ensuring key people and merchants are identified to support the channel.
  • Manage the sales process and related reporting, ensuring accurate sales revenue forecasting.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in payments and develop solutions for our partners, acting as a trusted advisor.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in partnership and payments experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a channel-focused high-growth technology sales environment.
  • Experience providing solutions-based on customer needs and ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with professionals at all organisational levels.
