About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Sales Manager to join our AWS Startup team. As a Partner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and adoption of Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud computing platform among startups in the ANZ region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and customer adoption of AWS services among startups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including startup founders, venture capitalists, and partner organizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, product management, and solution architecture, to deliver customer value and drive business outcomes.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging AWS's extensive partner ecosystem and go-to-market programs.
  • Develop and deliver compelling value propositions to customers and partners, highlighting the benefits of AWS cloud computing platform.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in sales or business development in the software/technology industry.
  • Proven track record of building deep and trusted relationships with interdependent stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Experience working with partners through account management, product management, program management, and business development engagements.
  • Exceptional communications skills, with the ability to navigate effectively across internal and external organizations and stakeholders.
