About the Role
  • You will provide administrative support to the EA of the Managing Director, Finance Director, Head of Operations, and Managing Director.
  • Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, pre and post meeting support, and presentations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight details, hotel bookings, and itineraries, along with providing calendar support & management.

Key results include managing overall administration for senior leaders, organizing travel requirements efficiently, maintaining up-to-date calendars, and working effectively with the wider administrative team to bring efficiencies and projects to life.

Requirements
  • 2 to 3 years of Administrative Assistant experience or 1 to 2 years of Executive Assistant experience.
  • A keen interest in the World of Red Bull and experience within a complex, multinational company (preferably in a similar position).
  • Well-developed oral/written communication skills, adept organisation skills, and excellent listening skills.
  • A team player with maturity to handle situations with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, being proactive and showing initiative.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in taking minutes, with good typing skills of at least 80wpm with minute-taking skills.
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary package of approximately $60,000 per annum, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account the level of expertise and qualifications required for this role.
