Your Role

As an Executive Assistant/Office Manager, you will support the CEO and senior management, overseeing administrative functions across multiple offices. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership, manage a dynamic administrative team, and contribute to a high-performing environment.

Duties and Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars for the CEO and senior managers, coordinating meetings across time zones.
  • Oversee office management, including vendor and facilities management and company events.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing itineraries.
  • Oversee and manage two administrative assistants, ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Handle expense reconciliation and financial administrative tasks.
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing presentations, letters, and reports.
  • Facilitate communication across teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Enhance office processes for better operational efficiency.
Salary and Benefits

Requirements
  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant/ Office Management experience at the senior executive level.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience managing a team or overseeing office operations.
  • Background in finance or investment management.
  • Event management experience.
