As a result, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, passing on information, resolving issues, discussing rates and consignments, and dealing directly with key customer accounts.
You will also be required to investigate freight and items missing, book and coordinate with operations, and deal with other carriers and transport providers. Once trained and up-to-speed, you will have the flexibility to work from home or from the office, depending on your preferences.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Experience in the Transport, Freight, and Logistics industry, preferably in interstate, domestic, or local transportation.
- Customer service and administrative experience, ideally in sales, account management, or related fields.
- Strong communication and responsiveness skills, with a high level of reliability and service orientation.
- Ability to resolve specific freight matters and deal with carriers, transport companies, and partners.
- A personable and professional demeanor, with exceptional customer service and care skills.
