Position:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service and Internal Sales professional to join the team. The purpose of this newly created role will be to support the growth of the business by providing exceptional customer and service support to both new and existing clients.
You will also be responsible for identifying, creating and securing new business opportunities from our existing customer base. This is a great opportunity for you to own the role and grow within the business You will be provided with on-the-job training, mentoring and work in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance by; responding to incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional and timely manner.
- Organizing and tracking consignments,
- Problem-solving issues
- Building business relationships with customers through identifying customer needs with a continuous focus on business development.
- Support the Sales Team with administrative tasks including onboarding new clients and providing quotes
- Qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for the Sales Team
- Provide initial product/service information to prospects
Maintain accurate sales record in ZOHO CRM
Communicating and collaborating effectively with team members and external stakeholders to ensure that client needs and timelines are met.
- Support for the team and ensure a balance of workload.
- Attend training and workshops sessions.
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for a true all-rounder to join our team in a Customer Service & Internal Sales Support role.
In this position, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers—providing support via phone, email, and other communication channels—while also learning the ropes of sales in the transport industry. A strong phone presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a solid customer service background who's eager to grow into a commercial role, without the pressure of strict sales targets or KPIs. You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing support, and the chance to build a strong foundation in sales operations and client relationship management.

- Detail focused.
- Ability to multitask, have an excellent attention to detail and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace and ZOHO CRM & Desk is highly desired.

- Previous experience in the transport industry would be highly regarded.
