
Enterprise Sales Growth Manager

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our Enterprise Sales team in Perth. This is a newly created role focused on driving growth in the WA market.
As a key account manager, you will be responsible for navigating complex SaaS sales processes with confidence. You will present innovative solutions and drive opportunities forward to compress decision cycles. A strong command of a product's value proposition and ability to communicate it effectively to customers and partners is essential.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop a strategy to identify and engage high-value accounts
- Create value for customers by implementing solution-driven approaches
- Identify the most valuable use cases in each account to maximize impact
- Orchestrate teams to maximize ecosystem influence
- Build value with all engagements to promote successful negotiations
**Requirements:**
- Experience working in fast-growing organizations
- Sales experience in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS environments
- C-Level executive experience
- Able to articulate complex cloud technologies and big data concepts simply
- Proven track record of breaking into new accounts while growing existing ones
- Experience exceeding sales targets
