Key Account Manager RoleAbout the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned commercial professional to drive the success of our software across Tier 1 and enterprise mining clients in the APAC region.

This role requires strong business acumen, stakeholder management skills, and ability to navigate complex licence renewals and negotiations.

  • Develop sales strategies to maximise growth and retention.
  • Lead contract negotiations and multi-license renewals with key enterprise clients.
  • Maintain relationships with C-level decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to define scope and opportunities.
  • Build a strong pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual targets.
  • Provide strategic market feedback to product, sales, and leadership teams.
  • Accurately forecast sales activity and maintain CRM records.
About You

You're a trusted commercial partner with a deep understanding of the mining sector and proven ability to manage complex enterprise accounts.

Key requirements:

  • Senior experience in sales or account management role.
  • Ideal experience with similar mining technology.
  • Proven success in enterprise contract negotiation and licence management.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders.
