Commercial Leadership Opportunity

This role involves leading the formulation and execution of commercial strategies for transport projects, ensuring commercial success while maintaining governance systems and processes to ensure compliance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute commercial plans to maximise profitability of transport projects.
  • Negotiate and settle commercial positions to safeguard interests.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and communicate effectively between teams.
  • Provide analysis and summaries of complex issues for non-specialist audiences and executives.
  • Coordinate legal positions and compliance matters with internal and external advisors.
  • Negotiate contract terms and project risk parameters; prepare business cases for senior executives.
  • Establish contractual rights and obligations within project delivery teams.
Requirements
  • Degree qualification in engineering, law, or construction management preferred.
  • Able to achieve outcomes in complex stakeholder environments.
  • Sound knowledge of project management principles.
  • Understanding of contracts and legal principles.
