**About the role**

Reporting to Chief Distribution & Deal Management Officer, this is a highly strategic role responsible for understanding, developing and leading our proposition for our Authorised Rep Broker groups and Commercial Intermediated Brokers in Australia and New Zealand.

The Head of Commercial Intermediated is responsible for building a more strategic, detailed and longer term understanding of the strategies, operations, areas of focus and opportunities of our AR Broker groups and Commercial Intermediated Brokers ensuring alignment with ZAIL where possible.

This role will also be responsible for the leadership and performance of our Service 365 team and proposition.

**Important to your success**

Working with the Chief Distribution and Deal Management officer to develop an in depth and 360 holistic view and understanding of our key AR broker groups.
- Holds a Bachelor’s Degree or Post-Graduate qualifications
- Has at least 10 years Broker engagement experience
- Strong leadership and managerial experience
- Proven ability to develop and execute on strategic plans and company initiatives
- Able to communicate at a very high level of C-Suite and Key Executives of Brokers
- Demonstrated strong market facing presence in local market and industry networks operating with agility in a complex environment
- Commercially astute with a comprehensive understanding of the General Insurance industry and the products available
