Job Overview:

As a strategic leader, you will drive the commercial growth of brands across the Australia and New Zealand region.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in brand development and commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to drive revenue growth across Brands, Licensing, Retail, and Live Events.
  • Lead a high-performing team by developing their commercial capabilities and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Cultivate relationships with external stakeholders, including broadcast partners, producers, and creators.
Leadership Roles:
  • Drive process improvements and implement more efficient ways of working across the team, focusing on long-term sustainability and growth.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to area leads, enhancing their commercial competencies and contributing to the team's overall success.
Requirements:
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse staff at all levels, influencing teams and collaborating across boundaries.
  • Self-starter with a proven track record of delivering projects under time constraints and problem-solving.
  • Experience in strategic brand development, marketing editorial, or commercial operations is highly desirable.
  • Media sector experience and global/regional exposure are advantageous.
  • Track record of working with world-class brands and driving business growth.
