About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Advisor to join our team at Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Service Support to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain direct customer relationships.
  • Enhance existing Site Service by providing input into strategic plans for business expansion.
  • Facilitate coaching and mentoring of site technical staff.
  • Assist in root cause failure analysis.
  • Function as first line support for helpdesk issues and technical support in Sales Area.
  • Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Bulletin Administration and Support.
  • Assist Planning department in maintenance strategy development.
  • Collect technical feedback and provide feedback to Product Masters/EQ Division Product line.

Requirements

  • Heavy Duty Mechanical trade qualification as a minimum requirement.
  • Current driver's license and ability to work away from home on a FIFO roster.
  • Knowledge and experience with Sandvik equipment, as well as training and experience with maintenance and fault finding.
  • High level of initiative, drive, and determination to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
  • Computer Systems Literacy is essential.
  • Understanding of Mine Health and Safety Regulations.
