Product Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Support Advisor to join our team at Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Service Support to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the customer's Maintenance Management Team to improve the performance of Sandvik's equipment.
- Develop direct customer relationships and enhance existing Site Service.
- Facilitate coaching and mentoring of site technical staff.
- Assist in root cause failure analysis and function as first line support for helpdesk issues & technical support in Sales Area.
- Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bulletin Administration and Support.
- Assist Planning department in the optimisation of maintenance strategy development.
- Collect technical feedback and provide feedback to Product Masters/EQ Division Product line.
- Heavy Duty Mechanical trade qualification as a minimum requirement.
- Current driver's license and the ability to work away from home on a FIFO roster.
- Knowledge and experience with Sandvik equipment, as well as training and experience with maintenance and fault finding.
- High level of initiative, drive and determination to achieve goals and targets set for customer satisfaction.
- Computer Systems Literacy is essential.
- Understanding of Mine Health and Safety Regulations.
