Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to drive organisational effectiveness and foster a culture of performance and accountability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and promote a high-performing culture across the organisation
  • Providing expert, strategic HR guidance to facilitate timely identification and resolution of complex people issues
  • Delivering consultancy services to develop and implement contemporary, integrated strategies and initiatives
  • Designing commercially focused HR solutions that enhance management capability and support business objectives

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR or a related field (postgraduate qualification in HR highly regarded)
  • Proven experience in a senior HR generalist role within a complex, dynamic environment
  • Experience working with unions and employee representatives
  • Strong case management skills for complex employee relations matters and grievances, with the ability to negotiate satisfactory outcomes
  • Proven facilitation skills in coaching and influencing senior leaders and leadership teams
  • Ability to drive improved business performance through strategic and integrated HR solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and industrial instruments
