To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in transport, logistics, or heavy industry.
- Strong Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Australian employment laws and workplace safety regulations.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
