Work alongside a collaborative and forward-thinking P&C teamStep into a trusted advisor role to senior leadersLead policy development, performance frameworks and HR complianceContribute to the continuous improvement of a dynamic, growing organisationKey ResponsibilitiesProvide expert advice on ER and IR mattersManage performance, investigations, grievance resolution, and Union engagementLead strategic HR initiatives, policy development and compliance reviewsDeliver insightful HR reporting and workforce analyticsPartner with stakeholders to embed a strong, values-aligned cultureWhat You'll BringDegree in HR, IR, or related field4+ years' HR experience, ideally in complex ER/IR environmentsDeep understanding of Fair Work, EBAs and Modern AwardsStrong influencing, communication, and conflict resolution skillsAbility to manage risk, balance priorities and make confident decisionsA proactive, collaborative, and resilient mindsetYour ImpactWe believe great people create great places to work.
