About the Role

We're seeking an Onboarding Specialist who will collaborate with our Professional Services team, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless client onboarding. This involves becoming a product expert and trusted advisor throughout the process.

The successful candidate will oversee the entire client onboarding process, including data uploads, working with creative assets, segmenting client data, and analyzing performance metrics. They will maintain clear communication with clients via email, phone, and in-person, offering expert guidance on our products and services.

This role requires strong project management skills, coordination of internal resources, and alignment with client expectations and project goals. The ideal candidate will utilize project management tools like Monday.com and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to accurately document and track client interactions and project progress.

About You

We're looking for a skilled professional with 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role in a digital environment, ideally onboarding clients or similar. Experience working in a multi-channel digital role, such as email, SMS, and WhatsApp, is also desirable. Project Management experience and working with a project management tool is preferable.
