About the Role

As the Manager of Customer Onboarding, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to drive consistency and quality in our onboarding processes. This involves working closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Gaining a deep understanding of customer needs to provide personalized services
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our onboarding processes and systems
  • Providing expert advice to leadership on customer experience and service delivery

You will also be expected to contribute to policy development and implementation, ensuring that our services align with our customer excellence principles.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills in complex environments
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in human services or a related field
  • Strong understanding of our services and customer base
  • Ability to travel throughout the region as required
