Job Title: Corporate and Commercial Lawyer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate and Commercial Lawyer to join our team. As a key member of our Melbourne Corporate and Commercial team, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating transaction documents, working on a range of matters relating to corporate/M&A transactions, and liaising with clients and corporate advisers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-6 years post-admission experience in a corporate and commercial practice
  • Experience in M&A transactions
  • Analytical and drafting skills with strong attention to detail
  • The ability to organize and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong commercial acumen
