Job Description

We are seeking an experienced lawyer with expertise in corporate law to manage workflows and projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing high-quality service to clients, handling a range of tasks including sale and purchase of businesses, shareholder agreements, share buy-backs, business structuring, loans, corporate governance, and general commercial contracts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
