">Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be engaged in Mergers and Acquisitions, investment funds, general corporate advice, and transactions, as well as government and commercial contracting. In addition to direct Partner supervision, you will also have support from the wider corporate team, including another Senior Associate and a junior Solicitor resource.
