Corporate Lawyer Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly commercial and dynamic team as an Associate or Senior Associate.

About the Role

The Sydney based Corporate/M&A team represents one of the world's largest law firms. We are seeking a mid-solicitor level lawyer with up to 7 years' corporate experience from another highly regarded corporate practice in the market.

You will work with a talented group of special counsels and senior associates and associates at varying levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets, private equity, and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on a range of corporate transactions including capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general securities law matters.
  • Collaborate with partners, special counsels, senior associates, and associates at varying levels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Between 3-7 years' corporate experience from another highly regarded corporate practice in the market.
  • A strong background in corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets, private equity, and corporate governance.
