The Team The Sydney Corporate & Commercial team works closely with a range of high-profile clients across public and private sectors, offering end-to-end support on significant M&A and equity capital markets transactions.
The team is known for delivering technically sound and commercially strategic advice, with strong expertise across the full spectrum of corporate work.
The Role An exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and dynamic team.
In this role, you\'ll work on a range of corporate transactions, advise on regulatory matters, draft commercial agreements, and support senior lawyers on complex local and cross-border deals.
